Our return policy is as follows:
SOFTWARE RETURNS
Unopened software may be returned in the original unopened package within 15 days of your receipt of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges. Download only software may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund as long as the software has not been activated or registered. We cannot accept software for return that has been activated or registered.
HARDWARE RETURNS
DEAD ON ARRIVAL?
All merchandise that is defective upon receipt will be replaced free of additional charge (except for international orders, where the cost of shipping is the customers responsibility) within 15 days of receipt of goods.
CPUs and RAM
Refund period: 7 days from receipt date of receipt. Please also see JUST DIDN'T LIKE IT? below.
Replacement period: 30 days from date of receipt.
Additional Notes Regarding CPUs and RAM
Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are based on the THEN CURRENT PRICE FOR THAT PRODUCT or your original purchase price, whichever is lower.
Pcalchemy.com will not cross-ship replacement CPUs or RAM.
Physically damaged CPUs cannot be returned to pcalchemy.com, including physical damage due to improper installation.
JUST DIDN'T LIKE IT?
Within 15 days of receipt of your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your hardware purchase in its original packaging for refund, store credit or merchandise exchange in the amount of the THEN CURRENT PRICE FOR THAT PRODUCT or your original purchase price, whichever is lower. Shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility. Product must be unregistered with complete packaging and support material and ready for sale as a new product. Another shipping charge will be assessed against substituted merchandise.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
If you notice shipping damage upon delivery of goods to one or more of the boxes, please note the fact with the driver. Please contact support@pcalchemy.com within 7 days of receipt of the damaged parcel. Once a claim has been made, Pcalchemy.com will work with the carrier to have the damaged goods picked up. We will arrange for repair or replacement of your product at no additional charge to you.
REFUSED ORDERS
All refused orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders may be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to pcalchemy.com.
International refusals are subject to taxes, import and export fees, as well as return shipping costs and the 5% restocking fee.
CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
No returns or refunds will be made for items that are special ordered for you or for unusual custom configurations of systems without the written consent of Pcalchemy.com in each instance prior to purchase. Please consult a Pcalchemy.com service representative with questions.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Return merchandise cannot be accepted without a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. To obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) please submt an RMA Request at http://www.pcalchemy.com/rma.html. Pcalchemy.com will NOT accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization.
In order to obtain a refund for any equipment purchase, you must return the equipment including all manuals, blank registration cards, accessories and packing materials, etc, in the original packaging. The equipment must not be damaged in any way. Pcalchemy.com will NOT accept incomplete or damaged returns.
